As the agent progresses through a lead, he/she communicates with home office by selecting simple and clear lead status options - Hot, Warm, Appointment, Dead, Converted. The agent can maintain detailed notes on the lead as well as setup tasks or auto-e-mails to notify the agent to contact the lead.
